Competition Terms and Conditions

This Competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 16 years or over, except for employees of the Shore Partnership, their families or anyone else associated with this competition.

Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Copyright in all images submitted for this Competition remains with the respective entrants. However, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, three-year licence to Shore Partnership to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition.

Entry to this Competition is as follow : by email to whereilivematters@shorepartnership.com. Entries must have a file name that includes the entrant’s name and each image file must be between 0.5MB and 10MB. Entrants should include their own name, address and telephone number and the location of the photograph on the accompanying email. We regret that we are unable to accept postal entries.

All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have won a prize in any other photographic competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit which include an identifiable person or persons have been taken with the permission of the person or persons pictured and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it.

The winning monthly and annual entries will be those that are judged to be the most visually appealing, original and self-explanatory. The winners will be notified within seven days of the closing date of each monthly or annual competition.
